Question:
I am 30 years old and having pain in my both
heels and the bone joining the heel and leg (just
close/adjacent to heel). The pain started few
months ago, then I got my uric acid tested (uric
acid value 8.3). After that I started to drink
more water and reduce the consumption of most of
the meat products. But the pain is still there.
The pain increases as I walk more and in the
evening. I want to know the remedy and/or the
right doctor to cure my problem.

my name is waheed and i live in Libya.i am have
neurofibromatosis type 1 from four years .i show
it to the doctor he give me treatment which i
take but the result was nothing. after that i
show to any other doctor he told me it is NF1
and he give me treatment which i take but the
result was nothing i go to many doctor but the
result was same as before last week i show it to
any other doctor but he say there is no
treatment on nf1.only surgical .
sir i have only numbers of big tumor which size
is only like (grain) but i have to much small
tumors .which i thing is kill by radiation or if
their is any other way to kill it .
next month i come Pakistan is there any
treatment in Pakistan?

Question:
I am really worried and afraid, as i mentioned
before that i got acromegaly tumor and now a days
my condition is very bad,my own doctor(dr.asalan
munir) suggested me for surgery as soon as
possible, i sent my doctor\'s record and MRI
images to Canada as well,a very senior surgeon
brief my uncle (who had meeting with him and his 4
panels) that any doctor doing this kind of surgery
must have a good record of such surgeries.so
kindly let me know that the doctor (anjum habib
vora) you suggested for me has a good record? i
will be leaving for Lahore on Friday.

Many thanks for your reply. In fact I've already
undergone various tests in connection with
treatment of my carcinoma. I basically want to get
information about any expert oncology/endocrine
surgeon who could carryout my surgery of cirvical
and medistinal lymph nodes. I am already under
consultation with a French Doctor for his special
way of treatment called "Radioimmunotherapy" but
unfortunately it will not be effective in my case
as my calcitonin measure is far greater than what
was required by the French Doctor to start his
treatment. He suggested to me that I must undergo
surgery to roll-out the effected nodes and
thereafter when my calcitonin level will fall upto
a certain/desired level,
The Radioimmuno therapy will work. So, my
key requirement is to search for an experienced
(really experienced) oncology surgeon in Pakistan.
Please help me out if you can. I will be grateful.
