IVF - (In Vitro
Fertilization):
This is a technique in which the eggs of
the wife are mixed with
husbands sperms and are kept in the incubator for couple of days.
Embryos when produced are then placed in the uterus.
In Other words, the baby will stay in the mothers womb (uterus)
for nine months and like any other pregnancy delivery will take
place normally and this is being practiced in the whole Muslim
world,
including Saudi Arabia.
ICSI - (Intracytoplasmin Sperm Injection):
In this technique a single sperm is injected into the egg of
the wife
with the help of special microscope.
Micro manipulator and Micro injector:
This is important to understand that a man who does not have a
single
sperm in his semen (Azoospermia) can be helped by this method. In this we
retrieve the sperms surgically from the testes.
IUI -
(Intrauterine Insemination):
This is a procedure in which the
processed active sperms of the husband are placed in the uterus
around the time of ovulation.
This is useful in the cervical hostility, mild degrees of
oligospermia that means if the sperm count is low and they are not
very active.
