Register?
Requirement
of Membership

Must be a Pakistani and atleast
18 years of age. (incase of a child member, ID
of Father or Mother may be provided)

Must be computer literate
-
Must have an email address,
preferably a personal email address
Note:
Pakistani & Non Pakistani patients living
outside
Pakistan are welcome to avail
different services offered on this site without
any membership.
Procedure of
Registration
It is very easy to become member
of PakDoctors.info. Just fill the Registration
Form available on the site and you will be
temporarily registered. For confirmation of
registration only a copy of your National ID
card is required.
THERE IS NO REGISTRATION
FEE.
Request
Patient Members
Our efforts to make Pakistan a
Health Nation could not be successful without
the cooperation of our members. We request our
members to:

Give correct information about
their medical problem.

For the benefit of other
people, share your problems with others
(Message Board)

After visiting a Doctor,
Hospital or Lab. Give us the positive or
negative feed back for the benefit of others.

Point out the wrong practices
in the medical community and give suggestions
for improvements (Message Board)
Termination
of Membership
Levant Technologies has the right
to terminate the membership without any notice
or justification; however in general the
membership may only be terminated if:

The personal information proves
to be false
-
A members gives false and
irresponsible statements on the message
boards, and
-
He/she does not respond to or contact
PakDoctors for more than six months.
