BioSites Urology page
- "BioSites is a current listing of important
Internet resources in the biomedical sciences. The
sites evaluated here have been selected as part of
a collaborative project by staff in the Resource
Libraries within the Pacific Southwest Region of
the National Network of Libraries of Medicine."
BioSites makes it easier to locate the best
Internet resources on a given topic. The link here

- Maintains a robust list of consumer health
information web sites, selected online

as the government agencies and non-profit
organizations. Search for the specific topic in

Infertility Resources
- This site "provide[s] information about IVF [in
vitro fertilization], GIFT [gamete intrafallopian
transfer], ICSI [intracytoplasmic sperm
injection], infertility clinics, donor egg and

- The National Library of Medicine's MEDLINEplus
pages provide a carefully selected list of
resources, not a comprehensive catalog. They are
designed to direct users to resources containing
information that will help them research their
health questions. Urology topics at MEDLINEplus
include pages on bladder diseases, impotence,
kidney failure, dialysis and transplantation,
kidney diseases, (general diseases) prostate
cancer, prostate diseases, urinary incontinence,
and urinary tract infections.

Western Reserve University. Gives information
about the anatomy, physiology and diseases of the
kidney. Also gives additional web sites to

wealth information about testicular cancer,
